- Location: if you allow it, we use your location to show you on the map and calculate routes. You can revoke permission in device settings.
- Account data (if you sign up): name, phone, or profile photo, based on what you enter.
- Searches and saved places: such as home, work, or places you save in the app.
- Basic technical data: device type, app version, and sometimes error logs to fix issues.
3 Why we use data
- Run maps, navigation, and routing.
- Save your settings and favourite places.
- Improve performance and fix bugs.
- Respond to support requests.
4 Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may use service providers needed to run the app (for example hosting or map services), limited to that purpose. We may disclose information if required by applicable law.
5 Storage and security
We keep data only as needed to operate the service and use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk.
6 Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or turn off location permission on your device. To delete your account, follow the account deletion request page or contact [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can.
7 Children
Shaheen is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child sent us data without a parent’s consent, email us and we will delete it.
8 Updates
We may update this page from time to time. The date above changes with material updates. Continued use of the app after an update means you have seen the new version.
